Sally Dillon creates handpainted silk scarves, drawing on geological and other patterns from nature. She has combined a lifelong interst in maps and aerial views with her full time occupation as a fabric designer. The designs on the handpainted silk are derived from satellite photography, hydrological studies, crosssectional maps and years of travel and observation.
